If you’re still ready to receive that watch ASAP, shoot an email to Support@Elevn59.com after completing your purchase. Please be sure to include your order number. Before 12 hours have passed, you’ll receive an answer that includes a PayPal invoice for the exact shipping cost with added insurance.

All watches that satisfy one of the following criteria may be returned within seven days of the shipping delivery date for a full refund to the original payment method: (1) watch is received in a different condition than described or (2) watch is defective despite a working battery. Please keep in mind that no other reasons for returning will be accepted.
Yes! If your watch is eligible to return based on our policy, you’ll be provided with a free return shipping label.
If your watch is eligible to return based on our policy, simply email Support@Elevn59.com within seven days of the shipping delivery date and you’ll receive next steps within 1 business day. Even if your watch is eligible to return, a refund will not be issued for watches which have any signs of use or damage. All watches must be returned with original packaging and paperwork.
